Yes; You can run anything legal on your account that is not against our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

DO YOU OFFER A MONEY BACK GURANTEE?
We do not offer money back gurantee's instead we offer a "7" day trial period. IF you need more information on this please contact GlobalVDS sales department.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Paypal, Check and Money Order

DO YOU OVERSELL?
No, We will never overload servers or share memory/cpu resources that you purchase the way our billing structure is there is no way for us to overload or oversell services. We stop at 80% capacity and use various tools to determine max capacity and performance.

DO YOU OFFER WINDOWS VDS?
Yes; There is a license fee applied to all windows servers unless you have your own license key.

DO YOU LIMIT MY MEMORY?
Yes; we limit your vds to the amount allocated on your account type. For example if you have a 64M plan your "reserved ram" is set as 64M which means your GURANTEED the 64M.

DO YOU OFFER BURSTABLE MEMORY INSTEAD OF ME PURCHASING MORE?
Yes; This option is allowed for various reasons please contact your sales agent

DO YOU OFFER VDS CLUSTERING?
Yes; VDS Clustering is available and starts at 2 Hosts there is a setup fee applied to each cluster contact your sales agent.

WHAT SOFTWARE DO YOU USE FOR YOUR VDS SERVERS?
We use a few different peices of software but our main HOST OS is Vmware ESX 3.5

HOW MANY IPS DOES MY VDS RECEIVE?
Each VDS account receives 2 IPS, additional IPs cost $1/MRC
